Valley Carers is a support group for people caring for family members or friends with disability, medical condition, complex needs or ageing. Carers need caring for too! Together, we care.

We know how stressful and lonely the unpaid caring role can be. It is important to look after ourselves, connect with like-minded people, and participate in activities that energise our soul. Valley Carers offers opportunities for social connections, activities and information sharing to ease some of the pressures of everyday life as a carer.
